Family Caregivers Network is a community-based non-medical home care agency offering nurses, nurse aides, and Live-In Caregivers. They offer educational outreach to the community population and area businesses on topics of healthcare issues, caregiver stress and coping. Family Caregivers also offers Geriatric Care Management to families where highly-trained individuals assess the needs of aging persons, advise and direct families in regard to health, social and support services. Philips Lifeline Medic Alert Systems offer safety at home. Additionally offered are Caregiver Support Groups twice per month.
