Family Caregivers Network is a community-based, non-medical home care agency licensed by the PA Department of health. They offer home care aides, and live-in caregivers from 3 hour visits to 24 hours a day up to 7 days a week. In addition educational programs are offered to the community population and area businesses on topics of healthcare issues, caregiver stress and coping. Family Caregivers also offers Geriatric Care Management to families where nurses assess the needs of aging persons, advise and direct families in regard to health, social and support services. Their Home Safety program offers a free in home safety assessment to help ensure one’s home is safe to age in place. The Lifeline Medic Alert systems ensure the safety of loved at the touch of a button. Caregiver Support Groups meetings are offered monthly to help families deal with the stress of caring for loved ones.
