The Upper Hanover Authority provides water service to the Borough of Pennsburg and a portion of Upper Hanover and Hereford Townships. We also maintain two wastewater treatment plants. The Macoby WWTP is located off Frye Road and services Upper Hanover Township residents and businesses in that area. The Perkiomen WWTP is located on Pillsbury Rd. and serves residents and businesses in the Palm area.
