Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Fleischer is an energetic and compassionate family physician with 25 years’ experience in group family practice offices. Additionally, Dr. Fleischer has 20 years’ experience teaching residents and medical students in an office-based setting. Dr. Fleischer earned her Doctor of Medicine from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey, and her B.S. in Biology from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. Dr. Fleischer’s Family Practice Residency Program was completed at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville, NJ. In the Spring of 2024, CHDC will be opening a new medical office in Boyertown. We accept most major Commercial, Medicare and Medicare supplement plans, Fee for Service Medicaid and Managed Care Medicaid plans and provide a health care discount for eligible uninsured and underinsured patients. For qualified patients receiving a 100% healthcare discount, the nominal fee for a medical/behavioral health/vision visit is $20, $35 for a dental visit and $5 for a prescription! CHDC can offer the health care discount because we receive annual funding from our Federal partner, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) since 2012 as a designated Federally Qualified Health Center.
