Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable Inside Sales / Customer Service team member to support customer communication, sales activity, and day-to-day account needs in a young, fast-paced company. This position is responsible for a broad range of inside sales and customer service functions and is a good opportunity for someone who is organized, communicative, and willing to learn. Responsibilities include speaking with customers by phone and email, communicating with vendors, preparing and sending quotations and invoices, and helping troubleshoot customer applications. We are looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable communicating with customers and vendors, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and interested in developing skills in customer service, inside sales, and industrial applications.
Experience Required:
Preferred skills include familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience in general customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
